After logging in with your GTIIT credentials, you will be on the Servicehub dashboard. Sending emails to our support email address would still create a ticket in Servicehub. Alternatively, you can create a ticket via Servicehub directly.
- Click on the plus icon (+) at the bottom of the navigation bar, or click Create your first ticket if you didn't do it before.
- In the ticket creation form, fill in the relevant information, such as the TITLE*, TEXT*, GROUP *, and any additional details required (marked with the * symbol).
- Assign the ticket to the appropriate department or agent if necessary. Please note that only IT Support is using this platform for now, do NOT select other groups since they are still in the internal-testing period, we will update the notification once they are ready to be supportive here.

Add any necessary attachments or files to the ticket.
- Click "Create" to submit the ticket. You will receive a confirmation message once the ticket is successfully created.
