You can still track your tickets via GTIIT emails. However, if you have more than several tickets being followed, Servicehub would be a better option for you.
- To track the progress of your tickets, click on the Overviews >> My Tickets (As Customer) tab in the left navigation bar.
- You will see a list of your tickets, including their current status and other details.
- To view the details of a specific ticket, click on its subject or reference ticket# number.

Within the ticket view, you can see updates, comments, and any actions taken by agents.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, you can add a comment to the ticket or contact the assigned agent directly.
- You can also set the status to Closed if there is no further action required.
