Checking Knowledge Base at Servicehub

The Knowledge Base is a comprehensive collection of instructions and resources that provides GTIIT members with self-help information and answers to frequently asked questions, enabling you to quickly find solutions and information related to common queries.

  1. To access the Knowledge Base, click on the "Knowledge Base" tab in the left navigation bar.
  2. You will be presented with a categorized list of articles and resources.
  3. Browse through the available categories or use the search bar to find specific articles related to your query.
  4. Click on an article to view its content and find the information you need.
  5. If you have any suggestions or feedback regarding the Knowledge Base, you can contact the IT Support team.
  6. Please note that some of the contents require a login with your GTIIT credentials.
