How To Access The IT Application Forms

    If you need to apply for specific resources provided by the IT department, please follow the steps below to access the application forms. Please note that these application forms are intended for use by GTIIT staff members only:

    1. Visit https://servicehub.gtiit.edu.cn and click the Microsoft icon and log in with your GTIIT credentials


    2. On the left navigation pane, click Knowledge Base
    3. On the right side, click IT Support


    4. Click Application Forms to check the topic you are looking for.The icons showing in BLUE with a small lock icon are visible to the GTIIT members, and the contents are invisible at https://servicehub.gtiit.edu.cn/help
