1. Click the option "Customize" of sidebar menu "Appearance".

2. We take the menu "Guidelines" as the example. Menu bar options and sidebar options are currently inconsistent.

Click the "Menus" of the left side of the page.

3. Find the "GT Guidelines" from the list of "Menus" and then click it. You will get the page as below.

Click the button "Add Items".

4. Because one option missing from the sidebar is "Government Policies", we now need to add this Item "Policies".

Find the page "Policies" from the "Pages List" and then click it. This page will be added into the sidebar. 

Click the button "Publish" to save this change. 

After that, you can see the options of the sidebar are same as the menu bar.

2. You can rearrange an option by pressing and dragging it to the correct location.
