Reset GTIIT Password With Registered Phone Number

    New GTIIT users are registered with their mobile phone number by default. You can set your own password by following below steps:

    1. Go to https://microsoft.com/sspr, enter your email account like username@gtiit.edu.cn and on-screen characters then Next


    2. Select I forgot my password then Next


    3. Enter your phone number then Text, you will need to enter the SMS code sent to your phone for verification.


    4. You will be prompted to reset your own password afterwards.
