GTIIT accounts are registered with their mobile phone number as the default verification method. You can set your password by following the steps below:

- Go to https://microsoft.com/sspr, enter your email account like username@gtiit.edu.cn and on-screen characters then Next
- Select I forgot my password then Next
- Enter your phone number then Text, you will need to enter the SMS code sent to your phone for verification.
- You will be prompted to reset your own password afterwards.
