- Open Settings > Accounts > "Access work or school".
- Select your "Work or school account" that shows your gtiit.edu.cn email.
- Click "Disconnect" (or "Info" > "Disconnect" / "Leave organization").
- Confirm "Yes" to proceed and stay online until it finishes.
- Restart the computer.
- After restart, open an Office app and sign in again, but "do not" allow device management and choose "Sign in to this app only".
Notes:
- If your GTIIT account also appears under Settings > Accounts > "Email & accounts", remove it there as well.
- If the device was accidentally "Azure AD joined" to GTIIT, use Settings > Accounts > "Access work or school" > select the account > "Info" > "Leave organization", then restart.
- Some settings (like PIN rules) might persist until you complete the disconnect, restart, and sign in to apps only.
