- Connect to Wi-Fi eduroam, GTIIT-SEC, or wired network within the GTIIT campus. Make sure you are using your GTIIT account to connect if you are connecting through WiFi.
- Network printing is not officially supporting Android mobile devices due to technical constraints, please use your computer instead.

For the Windows operating system, open a file explorer (not a web browser), input \\print.gtiit.edu.cn in the address bar, and click Enter.

If your computer is in the GTIIT domain (IT distributed computer), you can directly see the printer list like the above screenshot, please double-click the printers: ‘Staff-Print-Q’ and ‘Staff-ColorPrint-Q’, then they will be added to your printer list.
- If you are using a personal device that is not in the GTIIT domain, it will appear a login popup box, please input gtiit\username as the login name and then input your GTIIT password, You will see the printer list like the screenshot above. Double-click the printer: ‘Staff-Print-Q’ or ‘Staff-ColorPrint-Q’, and the printer will be added to your printer list.
- Open any documents and click ctrl+p, you can choose the printer which you want to print. For how to use the printer, please refer to “How to use MFP”.
Add GTIIT Printers Into Your Computer
GTIIT printers are available within the GTIIT network only, please do NOT use any personal VPN when you need the printing services, then follow the below instructions to set it up.
