Work around "Mathworks Account Unavailable - Technical Issue"

If you encounter the message "Due to a temporary problem, MathWorks Account is Unavailable. Try again later. If this problem persists, contact Support," please follow these steps to create your MathWorks account:

1. Go to the MathWorks Account Creation page
2. Provide the required information
3. Click 'Next'
4. Confirm your email and click 'Continue anyway'
5. Create a password for your account and click 'Next'
6. Enter the verification code sent to your email
7. Accept the Online Services Agreement and click 'Next'
8. Enter the requested information and click 'Next' to complete the account creation
   
   

This should resolve the registration issue. If not, please contact IT Support at itsupport@gtiit.edu.cn.
