Computer Peripherals in the Lab that Need to Connect to the Network
The devices, such as printers and network cameras in the lab, cannot perform username and password authentication; they can only connect to signals using GTMAC (password + MAC address authentication). If they need to connect to the network for using, please provide their MAC addresses. We will add it to the backend whitelist. Then you can use this password GTIITmac to connect the device to GTMAC.

Atrust (Off-campus network connection)
The Atrust application enables students to securely connect to the campus network from non-GTIIT networks (e.g., home broadband). The app encrypts data transfers and allows access to specific GTIIT websites or online resources that are otherwise restricted off-campus. You can follow the instructions here to install and use it. It's noted that the username is the prefix of your GT account, @gtiit.edu.cn not needed.
If the VPN token cannot be re-bound after you replace your phone, please provide your account to us. We will unbind the old device so that you can re-hound on your phone.
Failure to log in too many times will cause your account to be locked. You need to provide your account information, and then we will unlock it.
If you want to access the HPC server when you leave school, please provide your account information to us. We will add the permission for access in the Atrust system.

离校后如果需要访问HPC服务器，请提供你的账号，我们会在atrust的后台添加允许访问的权限。

Inability to Connect to the Campus Network Due to Password Expiration
Access the link (https://www.microsoft.com/sspr) to modify the password. After the modification, simply forget the network connection and reconnect it.
密码过期导致无法连接校园网，可以访问链接（https://www.microsoft.com/sspr）进行密码修改，修改后将网络忘记重新连接即可。

Broadband Consultation in Apartments
The individual broadband service is only available for teachers. Please visit https://gtiit.mike-x.com/hhmWf to apply. After your application is approved, the operator's staff will contact you to arrange a time for on-site installation.目前个人宽带办理仅提供给老师，请访问https://gtiit.mike-x.com/hhmWf进行申请，申请通过后会由运营商的工作人员联系预约时间上门办理。
