Occasionally, users may encounter an issue upon clicking the Microsoft icon to log in to the GTIIT Servicehub at https://servicehub.gtiit.edu.cn/. Instead of accessing the Servicehub dashboard directly, an error may occur where an "ill bird" icon appears, displaying error code 422: "The change you wanted was rejected. Message from Microsoft Office 365: CSRF detected."
If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps below to resolve it:
- Visit https://outlook.office365.com, then navigate to the top-right corner and click "Sign out."
- Wait a few seconds until the page confirms "You signed out of your account. It's a good idea to close all browser windows." Close all your web browsers at this point.
- Open a new browser session and visit https://servicehub.gtiit.edu.cn. You'll be prompted to re-enter your GTIIT credentials and complete MFA authentication. Follow these steps, and you'll be redirected to the Servicehub dashboard.
This issue occurs because our Servicehub portal uses cached credentials stored in your Outlook sessions, and the problem arises due to corrupted cache files.
