You might want to update your account sign-in methods after you use a new phone or a new SIM card. Please refer to this instruction to do it yourself.
- Open your web browser and start a New Incognito Window, access your GTIIT/Technion mailbox via https://outlook.office365.com.
- Click your avatar on the top-right corner and select View Account
- Under Security info section, click UPDATE INFO
- Click + Add sign-in method
- Select Authenticator app
- You would need to download Microsoft Authenticator on your phone first, then follow this instruction - GTIIT Account MFA With Authenticator App
- If you can't use Authenticator due to restrictions in China for some Android phone models, please refer to GTIIT Account MFA With Shudun OTP (数盾OTP)
- You can also add more methods, just in case one might not be working for some reason, e.g. Alternate phone if you need to travel aboard but your Chinese SIM card is not working there.
