This guide provides an overview of the IT services available to you at GTIIT, including account activation, network connection, software center usage, and more. Account activation and MFA registration

IT Support provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to activate your GTIIT work account and register it with MFA.

GTIIT Servicehub

GTIIT Servicehub offers a user-friendly interface and a wide range of features that will simplify the process of creating and tracking support tickets, accessing the Knowledge Base, and connecting with our IT team. This platform empowers you to resolve issues efficiently, minimizing disruptions to your academic and administrative activities. Please refer to GTIIT Servicehub User Guide for further instructions.

Campus network connection

T connect your devices to the GTIIT campus network, you can use the following methods:

For those users who need to work off campus while requesting to access GTIIT internal resources, you are highly recommended to configure the GTIIT VPN connection beforehand - GTIIT VPN Off-campus Network Access With SSO

Printer setup

GTIIT provides all staff members with printing services at no cost, you would know how to set up the university printer on work and personal computers, by following

Software center usage

The software Center is pre-configured on the GTIIT domain-joined computers, if you are using your personal computer for work, you can safely skip this.

ERP system usage

All the GTIIT staff members with valid contracts are able to access the ERP system. Please use the Company Single Sign-On option by entering your GTIIT credentials to access it.

Email and calendar setup

Microsoft Outlook desktop application is the recommended solution for using the GTIIT email account. You can benefit from it if you need:

IT Support Requests and Reporting

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating, and we are here to assist you promptly. To ensure a smooth support experience, please follow the steps below to request IT support and report any issues you may be facing.

  1. Ticketing System
    To ensure effective tracking and management of support requests, we have implemented a ticketing system. To submit a support ticket, please visit our IT support portal at https://servicehub.gtiit.edu.cn
  2. Email Support
    For non-urgent matters or general inquiries, you can reach out to our IT support team via email at itsupport@gtiit.edu.cn. Please provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, including any error messages, relevant software or hardware details, and steps to reproduce the issue. Additionally, kindly include your contact information and preferred method of communication.
  3. Classroom/Event Urgent Support
    If you require immediate assistance or have an urgent issue with our multi-media systems, please reach out to us via the hotline at +86 136-1235-6013 (666013 for China Mobile users)
  4. Phone Support
    If you require immediate assistance or have an urgent issue, please contact our IT support helpline at +86 754 8807-7026. Our dedicated support team will be available to assist you during office hours. When calling, be prepared to provide the same information mentioned above to help us better understand and address your concern efficiently.
